    Meeting & Presentation Timer

A plain, distraction-free countdown built for meetings and talks: build a single countdown or a multi-segment agenda, project it fullscreen, and keep everyone honest about the clock.

Set your duration and warning threshold in Settings. Press Space to start and pause, R to reset, and F to go fullscreen.

    Warning colour

The ring turns amber once you cross your warning threshold, giving a presenter a glanceable signal to start wrapping up without checking a phone.

    Overtime tracking

When the clock hits zero, it doesn't just stop — it keeps counting upward in red so you can see exactly how far over time a session has run.

    Project it

Go fullscreen and share your screen or project it on a wall — large, high-contrast digits are readable from across a room.

    Good defaults

Standups work well at 15 minutes with a 2-minute warning; full presentations often suit 30–45 minutes with a 5-minute warning.

    Multi-segment agendas

Add several named segments in Settings — Intro, Discussion, Q&A — and they run back-to-back automatically, so the whole meeting stays on one clock.

    Meeting history

Every meeting you run is saved in this browser with its name and actual duration, so you can look back and see how long things really took.

    Add time on the fly

Running long but the conversation's worth it? Tap +1m or +5m to extend the current segment without resetting the clock or breaking your flow.

    See which items ran over

The agenda flags any segment currently running past its planned time, and History keeps a record of which items overran in every past meeting.

    Keyboard Shortcuts

    SpaceStart or pause the timer.
RReset the timer back to the start of the current phase.
FPress F on any tool page to enter fullscreen and hide all browser chrome.
EscExit fullscreen or move your mouse to reveal the floating toolbar.
