    Focus Timer – Pomodoro Technique

A distraction-free timer built around the Pomodoro Technique: work with full focus for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After 4 sessions, take a longer 20-minute break to fully recharge.

Customise all durations in Settings. Press Space to start and pause, R to reset, and F to go fullscreen.

    Why it works

Breaking work into timed intervals reduces the mental weight of a task — starting a 25-minute session feels far more achievable than working until it is done.

    When to skip

In deep flow state? Use Skip to extend your session beyond the interval. In Pomodoro philosophy, protecting concentration matters more than completing the timer.

    Sound alerts

A gentle audio tone plays at the end of each phase. Toggle it off in Settings if you are in a quiet environment or prefer a visual-only cue.

    Session tracking

The dots below the timer track completed sessions in the current cycle. Four filled dots means it is time for a long break.

    Task list

Open Tasks in the toolbar to jot down what you're working on this session. Tasks are saved in your browser, so they're still there next time you visit.

    Ambient sound

Pick Rain, White Noise, or Brown Noise from the toolbar to mask distractions while you work. Sound plays only while the timer is running.

    Auto-continue

Leave Auto-continue on in Settings and the next timer starts itself the moment one finishes — ideal for uninterrupted study or work blocks.

    Save your own presets

Build a timer sequence that fits how you work, then save it by name in Settings — switch between "Study," "Deep Work," or any set you create.

    Goals and weekly stats

Set a daily session goal to see a progress bar fill up as you go, and check the mini bar chart for a quick view of your last 7 days.
